30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return. To qualify for a return:
- The item must be new and unused, with no fuel or oil added.
- The item must include all original labels and be in its original packaging.
Important Details
- Warranty Returns:
- A shipping label will be provided free of charge for warranty-related returns.
- After 30 days, the provided shipping label becomes void, and the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs.
- Non-Refundable Purchases:
- No refunds will be issued for items purchased outside of Mantis.com.
- No refunds will be given for items purchased more than 30 days from the date of sale.
- No refunds will be given for items that have been used, fueled or had oil put in them.
- Return Authorization:
- A Return Authorization Number (RMA) must be obtained from our Customer Service team to process any return.
- Items sent back without a return authorization number will not be accepted.
