Mantis Factory Direct Service Check for 2-Cycle and 4-Cycle Tillers
Your tiller will receive a complete physical and we’ll perform necessary maintenance services using only factory parts and additives. All services performed on your tiller are guaranteed for three full months. Tillers are normally serviced and returned in about two to three weeks. Mantis will pay the return shipping. Have your tiller serviced by a Mantis factory technician.

Plus, on 2-cycle models we’ll replace gaskets and diaphragms and on 4-cycle models we’ll drain and replace the oil.
We have provided easy-to-follow instructions for packing up your tiller. Just click the Packing and Shipping Instructions link below for your tiller model. Then place your order! We will email you your Return Authorization Number. Then pack up the tiller, write the Return Authorization Number on the label and ship us your tiller.
Note: In performing service check maintenance, tillers are sometimes found to be in need of additional repair. In these cases Mantis will contact you with options; we can quote on the additional service required, discuss replacement options or simply return the tiller to you. In all cases, Mantis will perform no work outside of the service check maintenance that has not been authorized by you.

For an additional $30 you can upgrade to the FastStart 2-Cycle Tiller. Starts the engine with 75% less effort. Here's how it works: FastStart features a spring-loaded, ratchet-recoil to adjust the piston and compress air while delivering fuel directly to the ignition point. One smooth, easy complete pull is usually all you'll need for faster, easier starts with much less effort. Choose the FastStart option when you order your tiller.
When ordering parts, you may need to locate the SV number of your engine. The SV number is located between the gas tank & the carburetor, behind the gas line, on a black and silver tab on the silver engine housing.
